2. Scope of Application

Any order placed through the website implies the Customer’s full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer declares that they:

• are of legal age under the laws of their country;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• are purchasing the product for personal and private use.

3. Products

The products offered are custom-made adult dolls manufactured according to the options selected by the Customer.

Essential characteristics:

• 100% customized production;
• manufactured exclusively to order;
• no products are held in stock.

Images, 3D renderings, photographs, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

The Customer acknowledges that minor variations may occur in colors, textures, seams, and finishes. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Legality and Local Compliance

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that:

• they are solely responsible for verifying whether the products are legal to import, possess, and use in their country, region, or jurisdiction;
• the Seller shall not be held liable for any seizure, detention, restriction, or prohibition imposed by a local authority;
• no seizure or administrative restriction shall entitle the Customer to a refund, return, or compensation.

5. Orders

An order becomes firm and final after:

• payment has been approved;
• the customization choices have been confirmed;
• production has started.

No modifications may be made after confirmation.

6. Prices

The displayed prices include all applicable taxes.

They include:

• the product price;
• shipping costs;
• customs duties and taxes under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Such changes shall not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Payment

Full payment is required when the order is placed.

Any attempted fraud, abusive chargeback, or unjustified payment dispute shall result in:

• the immediate suspension of the Customer’s account;
• the case being reported to the relevant payment platforms;
• a permanent ban on placing future orders.

8. Manufacturing and Timeframes

All dolls are custom-made in China.

Estimated production and shipping timeframes:

• Origin and Premium: 4 to 6 weeks;
• Elite: 6 to 7 weeks.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or other relevant authorities.

9. Delivery

9.1 Delivery Terms

• Free delivery;
• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with taxes included;
• Signature required upon delivery;
• Carrier not specified;
• Tracking information provided after dispatch.

9.2 Address and Receipt of Delivery

The Customer is entirely responsible for:

• the accuracy of the delivery address provided;
• being available to receive the delivery;
• ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.

Any incorrect address, absence, or failure to receive the delivery shall result in:

• additional charges payable by the Customer;
• no entitlement to a refund.

9.3 Refusal of Delivery

Because the products are custom-made, refusing delivery is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of delivery shall result in the complete loss of any right to a refund or claim.

10. Packaging and Customs

Products are shipped in completely discreet packaging without any explicit descriptions or markings.

The Customer accepts that:

• customs authorities may open and inspect the package;
• such inspection does not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.

11. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized and custom-made products.

12. Cancellation

An order may be canceled within a strict period of 24 hours after it is placed, provided that production has not yet started.

After this period, no cancellation shall be accepted under any circumstances.

13. Returns and Claims

13.1 General Policy

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

13.2 Strict Exceptions

A claim shall only be accepted in the following cases:

• the product is damaged upon delivery;
• a major manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt;
• the Customer receives an incorrect item.

The Customer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of signing for the delivery and must provide supporting evidence, including photographs and videos of the product and its packaging.

13.3 Resolution

If the claim is approved:

• only a full replacement shall be provided;
• no refund shall be issued;
• the same production timeframes shall apply.

14. Use at Your Own Risk

The products are used entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

The Seller accepts no liability in the event of:

• injury;
• allergic reaction;
• misuse;
• improper maintenance;
• unintended, inappropriate, or excessive use.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Seller’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the relevant order.

Under no circumstances shall the Seller be held liable for any indirect, intangible, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Warranty and Care Plan

A statutory warranty applies in accordance with applicable laws.

An optional 12- or 24-month Care Plan is available for an additional fee, subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LLC MPD has its registered office.
