1) Overview
The MPD Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through tracked affiliate links and/or approved affiliate coupon codes on MyPrivateDoll (“MPD”, “we”, “us”).
This program targets customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe where MPD ships.

2) Eligibility & approval
• Affiliates must be adults of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• MPD may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3) Commission structure
3.1 Standard commission
• 7% commission on Qualifying Net Product Revenue (defined below).3.2 Performance bonus
• +2% bonus commission for the calendar month if the Affiliate’s attributed Net Product Revenue exceeds $30,000 USD in that month.
• Bonus applies to qualifying orders in that same month.

4) What counts as “Qualifying Net Product Revenue”
Commissions are calculated on Net Product Revenue (excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping, duties, tips, and gift cards), after discounts, and only for eligible items.
Excluded from commission:
• Care Plan (excluded)
• Shipping fees
• Taxes/VAT/duties
• Gift cards
• Any refunded/charged-back amounts
Important: If a coupon (e.g., -3%) is used, the commission remains 7% and is calculated on the discounted net product amount actually paid.

5) Tracking & attribution (“Coupon wins”)
• Coupon wins: If an MPD-approved affiliate coupon code is used at checkout, the sale is attributed to the Affiliate who owns that coupon code, even if the customer clicked another affiliate link previously.
• If no coupon is used, attribution follows MPD’s tracking system rules (typically last tracked click).

6) Payouts
• Payout schedule: Monthly
• Minimum payout threshold: $250 USD
• Payment methods: PayPal / Wise / bank transfer
• MPD may hold payouts for verification, compliance, fraud review, or chargeback risk.

7) Returns, cancellations, chargebacks
• If an order is refunded, canceled, charged back, reversed, or deemed fraudulent, the related commission is voidand may be clawed back.

8) Required disclosure (FTC / UK ASA)
Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial relationship with MPD wherever they promote MPD using affiliate links/codes (e.g., “Ad”, “Affiliate link — I may earn a commission”).

9) Allowed promotional methods
Adult websites (where lawful), blogs, reviewers, creators, SEO content, and email marketing to opt-in lists.

10) Prohibited practices (strict)
No minors targeting, no non-consensual/violent/illegal content, no medical claims, no spam, no PPC/Google Ads, no retargeting without written approval, no coupon leaks, no impersonation.

11) Brand & trademark restrictions (very strict)
No use of “MyPrivateDoll/MPD” (or confusingly similar terms) in domains/handles/account names. No logo/official assets unless MPD provides written permission and official files.

12) Changes or termination
MPD may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time for business/legal/fraudprevention reasons.
