1. Intended use (Adults only / Private use only)
• MyPrivateDoll products are adult products intended only for adults of legal age in the customer’s country/state/province of residence and delivery.
• By purchasing and/or using the product, the customer confirms they are of legal adult age, have full legal capacity, and will use the product lawfully.
• Private use only. No public use, no commercial use, no rental, no resale, no public display, no exploitation for business purposes.
• Human consenting adults only. Any use involving minors, non-consenting persons, coercion, violence, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Local law, import, and compliance (Customer responsibility)
• The customer is solely responsible for verifying that the purchase, import, possession, and use of the product are legal and permitted in their destination (country/state/province).
• If a shipment is blocked, seized, destroyed, or returned by authorities due to local restrictions or administrative decisions, no refund will be issued and all related costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Politique shiping 2 final.

3. Not a medical device / Health warnings
• This product is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a contraceptive device.
• Allergy / irritation risk: materials, lubes, powders, soaps, cosmetics, detergents, and cleaning products may cause irritation or allergic reaction.
• The seller is not responsible for allergies or skin reactions.
• Do not use in case of: wounds, infection, inflammation, pain, bleeding, post-operative recovery, or any medical condition that makes use unsafe.
• Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Physical safety (Heavy product / Handling & lifting)
• Dolls may weigh approximately 18 kg to 50 kg. Improper handling can cause injury (back/neck/wrist strain), damage to property, or damage to the doll.
• The customer must ensure they are physically able to safely lift, carry, position, and store the doll.
• Use safe lifting technique; for heavier models, two-person handling is strongly recommended.
• Never pull, drag, or lift the doll by the head, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, or joints. Always support the body.
• Do not use the doll as support furniture, do not stand on it, do not hang it, and do not expose it to falls or impacts.

5. Hygiene & infection prevention
• Clean the product before first use and after each use.
• If used by more than one person, the customer should use barrier protection (e.g., condoms) and follow enhanced hygiene.
• Always ensure the product is completely dry after cleaning to reduce mold/bacteria risk.

6. Lubricant rules (Strict)
• Water-based lubricant only.
• Prohibited: silicone-based lubes, oil-based lubes, petroleum jelly (Vaseline), lotions, massage oils, or any oily substance.
• Using non-approved lubricants may damage materials and will void any commercial warranty/Care Plan coverage.

7. Cleaning rules (Strict)
• Recommended cleaning: gentle shower spray / gentle jet + mild pH-neutral soap, using warm water below 32°C.
• Prohibited: bleach, acetone, strong alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, corrosive disinfectants, and any harsh chemicals.

• Prohibited: very hot water, heat guns, hair dryers, direct heaters, open flame, or any
direct heat source.

• Do not soak or immerse the doll for long periods. Ensure all areas are dried thoroughly after cleaning.

8. Clothing, staining, and “cosmetic” changes (Not defects)
• Staining and color transfer are common risks and are considered cosmetic, not manufacturing defects.
• Avoid: dark jeans, dark lingerie, heavily dyed fabrics, PVC/vinyl/faux leather/latex, plastic prints, anti-slip bands, sequins/rhinestones, and metal parts (zips/rivets/hooks)
in direct contact.
• If dark clothing is worn, use a white protective barrier layer underneath.
• Do not store the doll dressed in dark/tight clothing.
• Any alteration caused by cosmetics, oils, dyes, stains, or improper clothing contact may void commercial warranty/Care Plan coverage.

9. Cosmetics, makeup, and oily substances
• Avoid contact with cosmetic residues, oils, and sticky oil-based cosmetics as they may stain silicone/TPE surfaces.
• Wash hands before handling the doll if cosmetics were applied.
• Makeup on face/body is delicate: excessive rubbing can remove pigments or damage finish.

10. Repairs, modifications, and third-party work (Strict prohibition)
• No disassembly, no modifications, no DIY repairs, and no third-party repair.
• Any modification, dismantling, or repair by a third party automatically voids any commercial warranty/Care Plan coverage and may lead to claim refusal. care plan V1

11. Orifices & removable insert (Wear item)
• Oral/vaginal/anal use involves friction and wear. Deformation, loosening, or cosmetic wear in these areas may occur and is generally not covered as a defect or under Care Plan exclusions (friction zones).

• If a removable vaginal insert is purchased (upsell), it is considered a wear/consumable component.

12. Storage (Neutral but safety-focused)
• Store in a clean, dry place, away from dust, pets, children, direct sunlight/UV, strong odors, and heat sources.
• Avoid prolonged heat exposure (especially for TPE). Temperatures above 30–35°C increase risk; >40°C is high risk.

13. Delivery inspection & claim window (Ultra strict)
• Upon delivery, inspect immediately. Filming the unboxing is strongly recommended.
• Claims for shipping damage, major manufacturing defect at delivery, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours after signed delivery, with clear photos of product + packaging (and video if requested). Late/used/altered claims may be rejected.

14. Use at your own risk / Limitation of liability
• USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The customer assumes all risks related to handling and using the product.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, misuse, improper care/cleaning, storage issues, or any indirect/consequential damages.
• Seller liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
